Effective date: June 12, 2026 · Centurion Aegis is made by Novacor LLC ("we," "us").

These terms are a real agreement — by installing or using Centurion Aegis, you're accepting them. We've kept them short and written each section in plain English, because terms you can't understand protect no one.

I. What the service is — and isn't

Plain EnglishCenturion Aegis is a warning system, not a bodyguard. It flags danger; you make the decisions.

Centurion Aegis analyzes emails you open and displays an informational risk assessment with a plain-English explanation. It is a detection and warning tool.

Centurion Aegis does not block, delete, quarantine, or act on email; does not prevent you from clicking, replying, or taking any action; and does not guarantee that every scam, phishing attempt, or malicious email will be detected, or that every flagged email is actually dangerous. Verdicts are automated assessments — they can be wrong in both directions. Every decision about an email remains yours.

II. Not professional advice

Plain EnglishA verdict is a tool's opinion, not a lawyer's, banker's, or investigator's.

Risk verdicts and the weekly scam briefing are informational only. They are not legal, financial, or security advice. For matters involving real money, accounts, or suspected fraud, verify directly with the institution involved using contact details you already trust, and consider consulting the relevant professionals or authorities.

III. Your responsibilities

Plain EnglishUse it honestly, on accounts you own, and keep your own judgment switched on.

Use Centurion Aegis only on email accounts you own or are authorized to protect.
Don't attempt to reverse-engineer, resell, probe, overload, or abuse the service, or use it to build a competing product.
Don't rely on Centurion Aegis as your only safeguard. Follow the golden rule: if an email is about money, passwords, or accounts, never use its links or phone numbers — verify with someone you trust first.

IV. Subscriptions, trials, and cancellation

Plain English7-day free trial. Cancel anytime. Annual plans renew yearly, monthly plans renew monthly.

Free trial: paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends.
Renewal: subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, per your plan) until you cancel. Prices are shown at checkout; if we change pricing, it applies from your next renewal, with notice.
Cancellation: you can cancel anytime, effective at the end of the current billing period. You keep access until then.
Refunds: if something's gone wrong, email us at hello@centurionaegis.app — we handle refund requests case by case and aim to be fair.
Payments are processed by Stripe under their terms; we never see your full card number.

V. Privacy

Plain EnglishYour email is yours. The details live in the privacy policy.

Our handling of your data — including email content analyzed by the service — is described in our Privacy Policy, which is part of these terms.

VI. Our stuff, your license

Plain EnglishYou get a license to use it. The product, brand, and code remain ours.

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Centurion Aegis for its intended purpose while these terms are in effect. The software, service, "Centurion Aegis" name, shield mark, and all related intellectual property belong to Novacor LLC.

VII. Disclaimer of warranties

Plain EnglishWe work hard to make it excellent, but it's provided "as is" — scam detection can never be perfect.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL DETECT EVERY SCAM OR THREAT, THAT VERDICTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED.

VIII. Limitation of liability

Plain EnglishIf a scam gets through, or a verdict is wrong, the loss isn't something we can be on the hook for — the tool informs, but the decisions and the risk remain yours.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NOVACOR LLC WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF MONEY, DATA, OR GOODWILL — INCLUDING LOSSES RESULTING FROM A SCAM, FRAUD, OR PHISHING ATTEMPT THAT THE SERVICE DID NOT DETECT, MISCLASSIFIED, OR THAT YOU ACTED ON — ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM AROSE (OR $50 IF YOU PAID NOTHING). Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

IX. Ending things

Plain EnglishYou can leave anytime by uninstalling. We can suspend accounts that abuse the service.

You may stop using Centurion Aegis at any time by uninstalling the extension and canceling any subscription. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, abuse of the service, or non-payment. Sections that by their nature should survive (like disclaimers, liability limits, and IP) survive termination.

X. Changes to the service or terms

Plain EnglishThe product will evolve. If these terms change meaningfully, we'll tell you plainly.

We may improve, change, or discontinue features over time. If we make material changes to these terms, we'll update the effective date and post a clear notice (and email subscribers for significant changes). Using the service after a change means you accept the updated terms.

XI. Governing law

Plain EnglishArizona law governs, and we'd rather solve any problem by email first.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before any formal dispute, please contact us — most issues can be resolved with a conversation.
